The company is investing over 1 million CAD in equipment and more than doubling its production footprint to approximately 55,000 sq. ft.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur company is prepared for immediate growth in production capacity, personnel (creation over 40 new jobs) and research,\u201d said John Harrell, president of Aldes North America. This expansion will increase company\u2019s operational efficiency (doubling fabrication for commercial and residential E\/HRV lines), reduce lead times and provide a sustainable competitive advantage with innovative products and services.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new space will rapidly increase the capacity for high-speed manufacturing and accelerate product development pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe primary reason behind every decision we make is, ultimately, to improve our customer experience and this factory expansion is no exception,\u201d Harrell said. \u201cThis will allow for a broader selection of ventilation solutions and an even higher quality level of service. We want our partners to know how valued they are and how serious we are about always finding ways to improve their journey with us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aldes took possession of the additional manufacturing space in February 2021 with planned expansion to be completed by May 2021. Throughout this transformation, Aldes\u2019 growth is projected to triple by<br \/>\n2025.<\/p>\n<p>Aldes North America specializes in manufacturing and distributing ventilation systems and components for residential and commercial markets, such as airflow balancing components, residential in-line fans and patented demand control terminal devices for commercial applications.
