IT project manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

The St-L\u00e9onard d'Aston plant is currently looking for a IT project manager <\/strong>to lead the implementation of a new ERP system for North America as well as oversee the IT department. The position is available by telecommuting if necessary.<\/p>\n

The IT Project Manager <\/strong> works under the supervision of the Director of Finance and IT. <\/strong> He is responsible for:<\/p>\n

Main tasks :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the project for the selection and implementation of a new ERP system for North America;<\/li>\n
  • Help executives design and improve key business processes as part of the deployment of a new ERP;<\/li>\n
  • Support post-implementation ERP projects, including integration with other business applications, software updates and security maintenance;<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the maintenance, support and monitoring of all physical infrastructure such as servers, phones, printers and computer hardware;<\/li>\n
  • Provide maintenance, support and monitoring of all security software such as antivirus, firewalls and VPN;<\/li>\n
  • Liaison with the head office (office in Lyon, France) to communicate and support the implementation of improvements and deployments of all software and productivity tools;<\/li>\n
  • Interface with IT vendors and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs;<\/li>\n
  • Technical owner of major business tools such as CRM (Salesforce.com) and digital hosting;<\/li>\n
  • Support and lead efforts related to future technology efficiency projects;<\/li>\n
  • Enforce appropriate governance, conduct effective audits and ensure the quality of the company's basic data;<\/li>\n
  • Other related tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Profile sought: <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Hold a university degree in information and \/ or related studies;<\/li>\n
    • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management;<\/li>\n
    • Have considerable experience in the implementation of an ERP, preferably Saas solution;<\/li>\n
    • Have previous experience in supporting physical infrastructure;<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of software and cybersecurity solutions and best practices;<\/li>\n
    • Experience in negotiating sales contracts (an asset).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills: <\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Bilingualism, French and English, both oral and written.<\/li>\n
      • Technical understanding of project management tools and methodology;<\/li>\n
      • Ability to grow and meet deadlines despite financial and resource constraints;<\/li>\n
      • To be able to define and optimize business processes;<\/li>\n
      • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make clear and concise presentations to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
