Reporting to the Director of Operations North America, Manufacturing Operations Manager will be one of the key players in the company's organizational culture, promoting teamwork within a very open management framework. The position is based in Bradenton, Florida<\/p>\n

Main responsibilities <\/strong><\/header>\n
\u00b7 Responsible for supply chain, planning, production management, quality control, order tracking and compliance with production deadlines;\u00b7 Oversee the activities of receiving, shipping and inventory management;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Implement a performance culture based on KPIs in accordance with the company's objectives, values and guidelines;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Identify and propose areas for improvement and manage change management;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Implement plans and programs that address, among other things, quality, productivity, production cost optimization, capacity increase and team mobilization in order to achieve the set objectives;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Participate in the preparation of the annual operating and investment budget for the plant and ensure its sound management;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Get involved in the various plant and company committees (OHS - Labour Relations - Quality).<\/p>\n

Skills sought<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or operations management or other relevant training;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Strong skills in work planning and organization, implementation of best practices in operations and change management;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ability to manage, mobilize and develop work teams;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Excellent leadership and managerial courage;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Very good communication skills;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Dynamic and hands-on;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Proactive and results-oriented approach;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Proficient with the Office Suite;<\/p>\n
